Carly Moellenkamp
Psychometrist
Carly Moellenkamp earned her Bachelor’s degrees in Psychology and Spanish from Montana State University in her hometown of Bozeman, Montana. Almost immediately, she became interested in using her expertise in psychology in a clinical setting.
After gaining experience with children and adults in a neuropsychology clinic, she took on the challenge of moving to a new state to continue her passion for helping people understand their brain function. Carly intends to advance her education in a field closely related to psychology, exploring options such as neuropsychology, rehabilitation counseling, or speech pathology.
Payson Chittenden
Psychometrist
Payson earned her Bachelor’s degree from Santa Clara University, studying Psychology, Public Health, and Biology. Payson worked as a psychology research assistant for two research labs throughout college. She also has clinical experience as a Behavioral Health Technician working with adults at a residential treatment program in the Bay Area. Payson hopes to one day pursue a PsyD to become a practicing clinical neuropsychologist.
Emma Stern
Psychometrist
Emma earned her Bachelor of Science in 2022 from the University of Massachusetts Amherst, studying Psychology, Neuroscience, and Developmental Disabilities/Human Services. There, she worked in a laboratory as a behavioral neuroscience research assistant and as a mental health counselor in a residential setting. After college, Emma pursued an internship at the Breckenridge Outdoor Education Center, where she provided adaptive outdoor experiences to those with physical and cognitive disabilities. She then furthered her professional career by returning to the clinical research field as she worked as a research assistant in the Brain Injury Neuropsychology Laboratory before moving back to Colorado. In the future, Emma hopes to pursue a PhD to become a practicing clinical neuropsychologist at a rehab hospital.
Madison Blakesley
Psychometrist
Madison holds a bachelor's degree in behavioral and cognitive neuroscience with a minor in biomedical sciences from Colorado State University. She led the CSU Neuroscience Mentoring Program, guiding students through their first-year academic experiences. With experience working across various age groups, Madison looks forward to engaging with patients at the Horizon office. Her goal is to be a welcoming presence, providing comfort to families seeking assistance. Madison aspires to pursue further education and become a doctor to support individuals facing neurological challenges and promote understanding of the brain.
Matt Mullens
Psychometrist
Matt Mullens is a seasoned software development and system architecture professional boasting extensive experience across diverse industries and technologies. At the forefront of technical initiatives at Horizon Neuro, Matt is instrumental in elevating operational efficiency.
Committed to advancing Horizon Neuro's mission, he has furthered his expertise through specialized training in Psychometry at Horizon Neuro, focusing on academic testing. Matt's electrical and computer engineering studies at the University of Colorado, Boulder, also bring a solid foundation to his new psychometrist role.
Matt is enthusiastic about leveraging his experience and skills and is ready to deliver optimal care to patients and their families.
Frankie Shea
Psychometrist
Frankie graduated from Golden High School in May 2023 with an excellency nomination in speech and debate, as well as a distinguished scholar merit from the NSDA. He volunteered for the Helping Hands Club during the school year and completed a formal neuropsychology internship at Horizon Neuropsychological Services during his senior year.
Frankie is currently attending Colorado University at Boulder where he is majoring in psychology with the intention of eventually pursuing his master’s and doctoral degree in clinical neuropsychology. Currently, Frankie is a psychometrist and billing assistant at Horizon Neuropsychological Services, where he will continue working throughout college.
